Do you see individuals and couples?
Yes. I see both individuals and couples.

Do you see clients in person or online?
All sessions are held online through a HIPAA secure portal.

What is your cancellation policy?
72 hours or more notice is required to cancel. If not, the cancellation fee is $75. Late cancellations and no-shows will be automatically charged.

Do I have to start with a consultation call?
If you are a new client it is important to start with a consultation call to make sure we are a good fit. I will ask about your goals and explain more of my approach to ensure we align before beginning.

What approach do you use?
My approach to coaching focuses on secure attachment and relational issues and growth. The model I use combines attachment theory with neuroscience to rewire your attachment system.

What is the Relationship Theory Model you are training in and how is it different?
Relationship Theory Model (RTM) is based on over 70 years of attachment research combined with neuroscience and neuroplasticity. RTM therapists are focused and direct and work with attachment styes, shame and trauma.

Do you take insurance?
My practice is a self-pay practice. Coaching is not covered by insurance. I can provide clients with a “superbill” (invoice) for our sessions by request.

Will insurance cover coaching?
Insurance companies do not cover coaching. Coaching is not intended to diagnose or treat mental health issues.
